I really can't fault these guys, all the things we have been trained to expect in trademen were missing, They were very polite, Friendly, they arrived when they said they would, they communicated quickly and accurately and really just did what it says on the box, no fuss, great work that was too a very high standard.  I have already recommended KTM Electrical to friends and I would fairly expect their experience to reflect well on my recommendation.
